This years theme is maximum energy and centers around the book THE ENERGY BUS by Jon Gordon. We want to teach our players a life changing mindset of bringing great energy and a positive growth mindset to all of life’s challenges. This book has been used by many college and professional sports teams to improve team culture and developing a championship mentality.
