Hello everyone
Sorry I haven't posted on here in a very long time. But things are going very well for the center. I also have a new name:

Exercise Your Way

I have come up with this name because I want everyone to feel comfortable with their
way and level of exercise. Also some people have knee, back, hip issues...we have options for your issues.
If you want to do a higher level of aerobics you can do that too.
Everyone just does their own level of comfort. All ages welcome!!!
Come in and enjoy your first week for free!!!
Classes are Monday through Thursday evenings at 6:00.

Well Fusion class went well however some of us aren't so sure about some if the R 1-1 routines this morning. But I bet we perfect them this evening at 6:00
