What is it? A 30 minute HIIT style class for women, that is pretty fast paced. I offer modified versions so that it's a class for EVERYONE.

Loud music, motivation, & accountability.

Flex Fitness - Vernon & Caledonia, FREE for paying members & $5 a class for non-members.
