I really didn’t feel like it this morning, but I knew I’d feel better afterwards. I decided to wear an oldie but a goodie supernova rise. Just grinding getting time on my feet while running. Thinking of pushing for a marathon next fall who knows what I’ll get talked into 🤷🏼‍♂️

Another beautiful Monday morning here in treadmill recovery land. Today was another kinda milestone for me. Bumped my time on feet to 1 hour 30 minutes and I dialed my first 2 mile intervals to .30 run .1 walk and full run at mile 2. So 4 miles running non stop is exciting. 1 month officially of running pain free. Knock on 🪵. Once again shoe of choice was ultra boost 5x no need to switch things bc it’s working right now. Been doing for in run nutrition, for that extra support and keeping my calves just right. Once again has all these goodies in stock.

You’d think ole JIB ran 4.5 miles this morning instead of me lol. ultra boost 5x for the win again. Can’t forget the medium run insoles, with some leg sleeves. Thanks to for having these goodies in stock.

Only case of the Mondays we have here is that I’m putting more time under my feet slowly building that time and mileage. My second run with the updated ultra boost 5x, yes it’s a legit running shoe now. Great shoe for just eating up miles thanks to for recommending them. Can’t forget the insoles for my flatish feet. Aya also wanted to do some treadmill today also.

Happy Labor Day my friends!!! Been quiet lately bc I didn’t want to jinx my running progress. The plantar fasciitis seems to be gone 🤞🏻so I’ve on week 3 on doing interval running. Keeping only on the dreadmill to stay safe. But every week I’ve been adding more time to the run. First week was 30 minutes, second was 45 and today start of week 3 I did 1 hour 10 minutes. With my last mile I ran without stopping. It’s funny how something so small can feel like a huge accomplishment. Adidas supernova rise did the job nicely, definitely want some more cush going on longer efforts.
