After reviewing the video with our legal team, our PR team, and several clients who are now apparently causing problems in public by standing up straighter, we’ve been advised to keep this brief.

First, some of the reporters mispronounced the name.

It’s Ameer.

Second, we deny all allegations.

That being said, if the concern is that clients are getting stronger, moving better, carrying themselves differently, and receiving an unusual amount of compliments in public…

We understand why people are asking questions.

Our lawyers called the case ridiculous.

We put clients on this page.

People who walked in stiff, skeptical, and a little afraid.. and left different.

Today we're putting up the guy who built the page they walked to.

Meet Anuj.

In the time most people are still figuring out their commute in a new country, this man:

— Graduated honors. As the only junior in his class to do it.
— Published 3 research papers. Contributed to a book. Authored a poster.
— Did data and research analysis for the New York Jets.
— Interning as an AI Strategist at Atlantic Health System.
— Served as Project Assistant at the School of Health and Science at Caldwell University.
— AND quietly rebuilt, improved, and fine-tuned everything you see when you land on our website.

He hasn't even done his graduation walk yet.

Here's what that list doesn't tell you.

He did all of it while being brand new to this country. While learning the rhythms of a place that wasn't his yet. While also somehow surviving nearly two years of me and my "creative ideas" — which is a polished way of saying I moved things around on the website constantly and called it a vision.

He never complained. He just fixed it. Again.

That's not a credential. That's character.

The website you land on? Anuj. The behind-the-scenes systems that keep this place running the way it should? Anuj. A lot of what makes Turbo feel like Turbo — the stuff you'll never see a receipt for?

He didn't come here to be comfortable. He came here to build something. And quietly, steadily, without making it a big deal —

You wake up stiff.

Not “I crushed a workout” stiff.

Just… “I exist” stiff.

Your knees sound like bubble wrap when you crouch.

Your lower back feels like it’s made of glass.

And every time you try to “get back into it,” you hurt yourself and quit.

It’s not laziness.

It’s not age.

It’s a lack of structure.

Here’s what to do instead:

1️⃣ Stop wandering around the gym guessing.
2️⃣ Train for strength, not sweat.
3️⃣ Protect your spine first.
4️⃣ Focus on form like it’s your job.
5️⃣ Put your workouts on your calendar like a meeting.
6️⃣ Keep sessions short. 45 minutes. In. Out. Done.
7️⃣ Progress slowly. No ego lifts.
8️⃣ Track something real — weight lifted, reps improved, stiffness reduced.

You don’t need motivation.

You need a system that makes your body feel strong again.

Strong isn’t about looking 25.

It’s about not feeling fragile at 50.
