Our mission is to provide a comprehensive baseball training opportunity for HS players. We have competitive teams for 14-18u age divisions.

Our teams compete locally and travel to gain experience and exposure opportunities.

IPB will be offering a 13-15u Spring Baseball Development program. This is for players who do not make their HS Freshman programs and are looking to continue their development through the spring season. Program will include 2-3 practices per week, individual lesson opportunities, and potential scrimmages/games if we can align the right situation via roster and opponent. We are excited to host a Winter Development Camp with collegiate coaches instructing!

This camp is for competitive HS players that are looking to improve their game during the off-season. We will have the following coaches from their respective programs:

18u Spuddies (missing a few studs) finished off the Fall season playing against TVCC. Our guys took the DH 4-2, 7-2. Not bad for 13 HS dudes against a college roster!🔥 The development and ability to compete in high level moments has really taken flight with this crew.
A lot of hard work and consistency in doing the right things. We make practices very competitive while also creating individual routines for players to develop in the areas they specifically need to.
We strive to develop competitive minds while also improving movement patterns that directly translate to on field success.
This weekend we drove the ball early in the count, hit with two strikes and used the whole field - against mid-upper 80 mph college arms. We also threw strikes and commanded multiple pitches in the zone to consistently keep their hitters off balance. Quality baseball by our guys! Learning to love and trust the process! 💯
