Congratulations on an incredible run, Pirates! So proud to see some of our former Calais Little Leaguers be part of such an amazing season! ⚾️🏴‍☠️

🏴‍☠️ What a Season It Was — Go Pirates! ⚾💛🖤🥈

This was an unforgettable season for the Port City Pirates 13U AAA team.

The Pirates battled the Halifax Mets in a hard-fought Atlantic Championship game, leaving everything on the field from the first pitch to the final out. While the result wasn’t what we hoped for, this team has so much to be proud of. They showed up all season with determination, resilience, heart, and a willingness to work hard—and those qualities carried them all the way to the Atlantic Championship game.

From the first practice to the this group gave us countless memories, big wins, tough battles, laughs, celebrations, and moments we’ll never forget. They represented the Port City Pirates and New Brunswick with tremendous pride.

A huge THANK YOU to our players. You worked hard, believed in each other, picked yourselves up when things got tough, and never stopped fighting. You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve accomplished. 💛🖤

To our coaches—thank you for your time, patience, dedication, and for believing in these kids every step of the way. The impact you’ve had on this group goes far beyond the baseball field.

And to the Pirates parents and families—the early mornings, long drives, hotel stays, fundraising, cheering from the stands, and everything in between…thank you for making this season possible. It truly takes a village, and this one was pretty special.

And to our second-year players: this is where we say goodbye to this chapter. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see where baseball takes you next in 15U. As you move up, take everything you learned with you—on the field and off. Keep working hard, keep believing, and keep being the teammates and competitors you’ve become. A special thank you to Walker and Graeme who joined us for this last stretch from the Fredericton Royals, you are both as much fun to play with as you are against!

This season may have ended with a tough loss, but the story of this team is so much bigger than one game.

You fought.
You believed.
You persevered.
You represented.
And you never quit.

Port City Pirates — What a ride. What a team. What a season.

🖤💛🏴‍☠️ GO PIRATES! 🏴‍☠️ 💛🖤

Forever proud of this crew. ⚾🏆

We'd like to wish the U13 AAA Port City Pirates the very best of luck as they travel to Newfoundland to represent New Brunswick at the Atlantic Championships!

We're especially proud that five former Calais Little League players are members of this talented team. It's always exciting to see our former players continuing to grow, compete, and represent our region at such a high level.

The team is currently raising funds to help offset the costs of traveling to the championship. While Calais Little League is unable to make a donation, we're happy to help spread the word for these hardworking athletes and their families. If you're able to support them, every contribution is appreciated.

Best of luck to Max Hanley, Rowan Kohler, Blake Dewar, Seamus Knowles, Aiden Richard, Coaches Randy Hanley and Nick Kohler and the rest of the Port City Pirates—we'll be cheering you on from Calais! ⚾💛🖤
