The Lady Cats finished their first week of games yesterday.

Thursday we lost to Southern Boone 11-2.

Friday we won our first home game against the Thunder 4-3 with a walk-off hit by Jaycee David to score Brooklee Harrison in the 7th inning.

Saturday we got up early to play Van Far and lost 6-3, but not without a good fight in the last inning.

This group is getting better every game and they appreciate all of the support they have received in our first 3 games, especially the middle schoolers cheering section on Friday!

This week we play at Westran on Tuesday, home vs Paris on Thursday (Middle school’s first game), and at New Bloomfield on Friday!

Tonight starts with our Parent/Athlete Meeting, and tomorrow we hit the field for our first practice! So excited to watch these 2 seniors lead this team and see what this group of girls can accomplish together.

Our softball team ended our summer today with a fun team bonding at Rainbow Tiger Art Studio with Amy Owen. We have had a great summer growing and learning. Now time to rest up and we are excited to see what this group can do in August!
