Hitting is discipline. The main reason any hitter struggles at any given time is due to a lack of discipline. Whether it’s not keeping their eyes down, not staying inside the ball, or not using their lower half properly, once a hitter understands hitting, being consistently good at it is a matter of DISCIPLINE they have!
