Great News! Our Lat Pulldown is back up and running. We had to order a new cable and what can I say - fitness companies aren’t Amazon Prime on shipping. Give a BigThank You to our own Hunter Allen for getting it installed and working.

Cannot Believe in 2026 this post in necessary but apparently it is. Trilogy Performance Sports Cadiz - RERACK YOUR WEIGHTS!!!!!! This was left on the bar all night. This is very bad for the barbell as it will warp them. This is also bad for fellow gym members. Their time is no less important than yours and their monthly dues are paid just like yours. We are not your mother! ANYONE WHO CAN LIFT THIS MUCH WEIGHT SHOULD KNOW BETTER! You are not better than the rest of us. Nor is your time more valuable than ours. Respect the gym, respect your fellow members, and respect yourself by being responsible.
