Hunters Are Taught To Hunt Down Wind, Its Intention Is To Put The Wind In The Hunters Favor :::::As A Standard Hunting Practice That Worx:::::But For The Mature Buck Hunter:::: (99.9% of the time,unless forced movement occurs ) A Mature Bucks travel will be dictated and choosen by a buck to move with the wind hitting his nose::::::which will require stand set ups ,with the wind in the bucks favor...depending on his point of entry ..if this is the case your standard hunting practice Should be , to disanvantage yourself by hunting upwind , elevateing your hunting height to 22ft + and hope that your are Dam Lucky....

Every One Gets Excited Opening Day , You sat around all summer watching hunting videos, got the new bow , the latest camp & the latest stand & this year is gonna be my year...your anxious.... But the truth is, this is a very bad behavior to start a hunting season, hunters commonly get to stoked to early, and it leads to early season burnout or running your bucks off , by hunting the wrong tactics at the wrong time of year .... Truth is early season .. Mature Whitetails rarely move other than at night & if there is any daytime movement , it's to stand up strench or to visit a water source & is seldom more than a few yards ...... DT2012
