There is a very informal “Turkey Trot” tomorrow at Montgomery Lake at 7 a.m. This has been an annual 5K for several years. The focus is on exercise and camaraderie, not a prize. Everyone is welcome! 🦃🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏻🏃🏿‍♀️

At the end of cross country season a few of us were talking about how we needed a way to help keep the kids engaged with running in the off season.
The idea was tossed around to start a running club that anyone could be a part of but it had to be led by someone outside of the team and school.
So here we go!!
