We couldn’t have asked for a better day for the 6th running of the Run Cabarrus Invitational. With 32 teams and just under 700 athletes participating, this might have been the best one yet. We’re grateful for all that came out to take part and support the event. We had a blast and hope everyone else did as well.

Special thanks to , , and for being onsite with us. We’ve always wanted this to be so much more than just a race. Their participation and support of the event and our program has helped to make the day so much more and is truly appreciated.

Thank you to all of our volunteers. We couldn’t have done it with them. We’ve got some of the best around. Many have been with us from the beginning. We appreciate them being willing to spend the day with us.

Lastly…thank you to for being behind the lens and capturing the day for all that participated. They just don’t get any better than him.

Here’s to bigger and better in year 7. We can’t wait to run it again with you.

24 hrs and we’re back at it. Fun few weeks of training coming off of the opener. Looking forward to seeing what’s in store Saturday morning at Marvin Ridge. The kids from Cabarrus are fit and fast ready to roll. It ought to be a fun one.

Always a blast running Run for the Pils 5k with the . Year 3 was the best one yet! We’re grateful for their partnership and continued support of our athletes. It’s community partners such as them that allow us to do what we do.

3 more days. Looking forward to watching them lace ‘em up and get out and go. The season is early but this squad is ready. See you Saturday at Metrolina. It ought to be a fun one.

Weekend workouts just hit different.

Two weeks of solid work with the team back together. Headed into race week for the early season opener at Carolina’s Kickoff on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing what we have and where we go from here. Future is bright for this bunch. Can’t wait to see what’s ahead.

What a day! Thank you to all that came out and made the inaugural Wildwood Hometown the success that it was. We couldn’t be more thankful for those that came to spend a day with us digging in, having fun, and learning more about being a girl in sport. We’re grateful for Marie, Heidi, Tammie and the Wildwood Running community and their willingness to come share their knowledge and journeys with us. We had a blast and we look forward to seeing where this goes from here.

Special thank you to our good friends from and for spending the day with us. Their support of our event and it’s mission is invaluable. Smoothies and seem to draw a crowd wherever they go. Who knew 🤷🏻‍♀️

We also want to thank and for their generous donations. Everyone walked away with some fresh new socks and one lucky winner is running in some new shoes today. Everyone was a winner. Funny how that happens sometimes 😉

Finally…thank you to for capturing the event. We’re super thankful for his friendship and continued support of Run Cabarrus and our athletes. The world needs more Ruben’s.

Stay tuned…season 7 kicks off next week. We’re excited to get the band back together again and start building one brick at a time. The future is bright for this crew and we’re ready to show what the kids from Cabarrus are made of.
