A reminder that we are having our first all girls practice tonight at 5:30 PM.

Strength training for anyone else interested, also at 5:30.

Advanced practice will be from 6:30-8.

Successful first beginner/intermediate practice and plenty of coaches to lend helping hands. Come out this Sunday at 3 pm for our next one and bring a friend.

The first several weeks of advanced practices in our new wrestling room have gone about as good as we could have hoped and we just had our first successful camp this past Saturday. However, this upcoming week is going to determine a lot about how successful our transition to our new room ultimately is.

We are introducing practices for beginner and intermediate wrestlers and girls only starting this week. We'd love to see as many kids at these first practices as possible.

We are also doubling the number of advanced classes held each week.

Tuesday is the first practice for beginner/intermediate and Wednesday is the first practice for girls only.

All your kid(s) need to start is a desire to try something new. Admittedly, the sport isn't for everyone, but the only way to find out if it is for your child is to bring them out and have them give it a try for free. You can wrestle in your socks to start until you decide if a membership makes sense.

For anyone coming to the C**t camp tomorrow, there will be an hour break for lunch from 11:30-12:30. Tom is planning to grab some subs but you can pack a lunch if you prefer and bring some snacks. Also, bring plenty of water/fluids. We’ll have a cooler stocked with some waters and gatorades, but you will be sweating a lot of it out. 😉
