Jon Christensen, with over 50 years in the meat industry and 40 years of sausage-making expertise, will share his knowledge on Game Processing: Field-to-Freezer & Making Sausage from Venison and Wild Game. Come learn, taste, and get inspired!

Enjoy a game-themed dinner with grilled bratwurst (game and regular), delicious sides, and a sampling of cold processed meats with cheese and crackers.
