I’m excited to share some great news as we head into the new year. Starting in January, we’re welcoming a new coach to our team, and I’m confident he’s going to be a huge asset to our gym and to you.
Please help me welcome Coach Shawn. Coach Shawn brings 26 years of coaching and personal training experience, helping men and women lose fat, build strength, increase energy, and create results they can maintain long-term.
His coaching style is realistic, supportive, and focused on sustainable progress—perfect for busy adults who want real results without extremes. To kick off January, Coach Shawn will be offering the opportunity to participate in his 21-Day Rapid Fat Loss Program.
