I’ve never really understood New Year’s resolutions.

If you’re aware enough with yourself that changes need to be made, why are you waiting until a new year to do something about it?

With that being said…

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

Probably to get in shape, eat better, just overall be more healthy.

Super generic. But it is what it is.

Why don’t you change those resolutions to something more fun and appealing like;

Learn a new life skill, meet some awesome people, become harder to kill.

Classes at Hart Jiu Jitsu Byron will be starting Tuesday Sept 5th!!!

Class Schedule is as follows:

TUE: Adult Gi Jiu Jitsu 6pm-8pm
THUR: Adult NoGi Jiu Jitsu 6pm-8pm
SUN: 10am Open Mat

Classes are taught by Bryce Franck.

Bryce is a seasoned veteran and purple belt under Dan Hart (Henry Akins Blackbelt).

Bryce is a fantastic instructor and is super excited to be spreading the good word of Pressure Jiu Jitsu.
