It's been HARD work for the last few weeks. Training for the Grand and the Grand itself. The dog I thought would breeze through it went out on the first day. The dog that I thought was just a bit too young and wouldn't keep it together for 5 test, including an upland test which we had never trained for, made it with a perfect score. A big accomplishment for a 2 year old.
Congrats to Blue Sky's Sweet Hitchhiker, with his first Grand Hunting Retriever pass.

2023 was a good year for Supe. Ran 1 Qual and won, 5 SRS weekend events placing in 3 and winning 2.
Hopefully 2024 will be even better.

Supe is # 16 in the Super Retriever Series. Starts tomorrow.

SRSAC, GRHRCH, QAA, MH Supe did it again! Won the Amateur division of the Jim Manson Memorial SRS!

Supe won the Nebraska SRS
Amateur along with having the best score over all.
He is now SRSAC GRHRCH MH QAA2!

Along with GRHRCH, MH AND HAVING 10 SRS points he is now QAA 2. Getting his second win today.

Supe with just a few weeks of training since the Grand in October ran with the big dogs of the Super Retriever Series and walked away with 6th place in the amateur division. Running against the toughest field far and the toughest series of test we've seen.
