Rock Steady Boxing West Michigan A no-contact boxing program to help people with Parkinson's disease fight back. cost is $100.00 per month unlimited/caregiver works out for free.

RSBWM enables people with Parkinson's disease to fight their disease by providing non-contact boxing style fitness programs that improve their quality of life an sense of self worth. Recent studies also suggest that intense exercise programs, like RSBWM, may be neuro-protective, actually working to delay the progression of symptoms.

Dear 🦖🌼 Dino Daisy Family!

After a beautiful summer break, our little ones are getting ready to head back to school! This year is extra special for our families because all of our kids are starting school—from preschool all the way to 4th grade! 🤩 We officially have kids in every grade! 🥹💕

With school starting, we’re adjusting our weekday hours slightly to accommodate school drop offs.

✨ NEW CAFE HOURS STARTING FROM AUGUST 24TH ✨
🗓️ Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM
🗓️ Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
🗓️ Sunday: CLOSED
