Not only to dictate my diet, but doing so helps you with your posing..

That’s as simple as it is👆🏼 putting 100% effort everyday and tracking the progress

Also, at the end of the day, “Proximity is Power” and when you get to share the court with people who are committed to the same process, good things happen
