**8U Championship Game Recap ⚾🏆**

The Pintos battled the Tigers in an exciting championship showdown, earning an **11-9 victory** to finish their season as champions!

Congratulations to **The Pintos** on an incredible win and to **The Tigers** on an amazing season and a hard-fought game.

A huge thank you to all the coaches for their time, dedication, and commitment to helping these players learn, grow, and love the game of baseball. Your impact goes far beyond the field.

I'm happy to share a great opportunity for young athletes looking to take the next step in competitive softball.

Ohio Emeralds Fastpitch is excited to announce the formation of a new 10U team based in the New Concord/Byesville area. They are seeking dedicated, coachable, and hardworking players who are eager to develop their skills, compete at a higher level, and be part of a positive team environment focused on growth and development.

If your daughter is interested in expanding her softball experience, improving her game, and helping build a new program from the ground up, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Please see the flyer for tryout details. If you are unable to attend the scheduled tryout, private tryouts are available upon request.

This Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the bravery and sacrifice of the men and women who served our country.

🇺🇸Reminder: We will meet across from the Duke in Buffalo tomorrow morning at **10:00 AM** for the Memorial Day Parade.

**Players:** Please wear your **jerseys and hats**.

**Pickup:** Parents may pick up their child at the **Buffalo Cemetery**, where parade ends, there will be a short ceremony afterwards if you would like to stay.

**Weather:** Forecast is calling for **cloudy skies with a high of 66°-69°**.

We will also need **at least 4 chaperones** to help supervise on the trailer and in the truck bed during the parade. Please let us know if you can help.

Meadowbrook Youth Baseball Association has been invited to be a part of the Buffalo Memorial Day Parade.
Lineup will begin at 10am across from the Duke Station. The parade will end around 11am.
We currently have 2 trucks/trailers to fit as many kids as we can, plus we will have some walkers!
Bring your own candy to throw!
Wear your hats and jerseys!!
