Been awhile since I’ve posted on here, tough to keep up with social media working so much. trailer brought back from storage yesterday, shop almost ready, got my tags from fisheries and wildlife, bear right around the corner, expanded right behind it, will be tagging and accepting drop offs real soon, hours to follow! HERE WE GO AGAIN!👍👍

Here we are folks, staring down another upcoming hunting season! we are super excited to be kicking this one off! with all the great updates we completed to the shop last season, we will be ready to go for all upcoming season, starting with bear! super excited to announce we are now a tagging station for those that didn't know yet, so we can be your one stop shop! also we are a state approved processor for Hunters for the hungry, so if you have multiple tags to fill, and would like to help feed needy families, we can help you with that as well! good luck to you all, and happy and safe hunting!

Hard to believe hunting season isnt really that far away! For all you guys and gals that like to cut your own, we also make sausage! Save some burger trim and i can make it into either bulk or link sausage! Call for prices.

Ok sportsmen and sportswomen, here we go! Its go time! Moose week starts monday, make sure you pack the cavity in bagged ice put a block between the hind legs to keep them from touching during transport, thats the first area liable to go bad if the weather is warm due to the fact that the hide has been removed during gutting. Keep out of the direct sun as much as possible and get to your processor of choice (me:) as sson as possible! Good luck out there and stay safe!

The first moose hunt starts Monday! For those fortunate to be hunting, and more fortunate to bag one, keep a close eye on the temperature! Stuff the chest cavity right full of ice, as much as you can get in there, then make sure to try and keep the inside of the hind legs from touching each other, try a block of ice between them, and keep it out of the sun as much as possible , a tarp coupled with a lot of ice can go along way, with the tarp acting as a cooler keeping the cold from the ice down ! GOOD LUCK!
