This past weekend we celebrated a moment that will forever be etched into Eastside Wrestling history.

Congratulations to our FIRST EVER INDIVIDUAL STATE CHAMPION in school history, Linkin Carter! Your hard work, toughness, and belief in the process have set a new standard for what it means to wear the Blazer singlet. This achievement is not just a win for you, but for every wrestler who has ever stepped into our room and every young athlete who will follow in your footsteps.

As if that wasn’t enough, you were also honored with the prestigious IHSAA Mental Attitude Award, a true testament to your character, leadership, sportsmanship, and commitment to excellence both on and off the mat. This award represents everything we strive to build in our program.

You didn’t just win a title, you built a legacy.

We are incredibly proud of you and grateful to call you part of the Eastside Wrestling family. The bar has been raised, and because of you, history will never be the same.
