Great for flexible schedules, night shift workers, moms after school drop-off, or anyone wanting to get their workout DONE early enough (but not "5 AM early" 😜 to still enjoy the day!

And apparently… doing stunts is optional 😂😂

Bench: 340

Total: 1400 lbs at 190 bodyweight 💪
