Barre 🩰 at the Bar ☕ Event

Kelly's Greens 🍀 is a CBD bakery 🍪 and cafe. Owner, Erin Kelly, is super nice and very knowledgeable about all things CBD and has handcrafted baked goods and treats scratch-made with Wisconsin-grown organic h**p. She renovated an old building on North Avenue and her shop is super cute, welcoming, and makes you want to sit and hangout awhile. There is the perfect coffee bar and high back chairs we can use in lieu of a barre to help keep our balance during class too.

Barre 🩰 class will be 45 minutes and then they'll provide free freshly brewed Ruby Coffee ☕, Fava Green Tea or Dublin Breakfast Tea with optional CBD infusion for us after class.

Allison's Barre Crawl - 🛑Stop #1
Barre 🩰 - Paint 🎨 - Sip 🍷 "Beautiful Ballerinas" Event

Location: Arte Wine and Painting Studio at 1442 Underwood Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53213
Date: Sunday, April 7th
Time: 12PM - approx. 2:45
Cost: $45 (includes class and painting project)

Super excited for this event as I painted the "Beautiful Ballerinas" and had my artwork up in our studio for a few years.

Start your afternoon off at 12noon with a 45-minute barre class instructed by Allison Gugala. After that, we'll be moving to the Open Canvas paint area to complete the "Beautiful Ballerina" project on 11"x14" canvases while following self-guided written instructions. The average painter takes two hours, so your anticipated finish time is 2:45pm.

Registration Fee is $45 and covers the barre class 🩰 and paint 🎨 project. They will also have a full-service bar available for purchase with liquor, beer, wine, specialty cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and a small snacks menu.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. Arte provides smocks you can wear to protect your clothes while painting.

I miss barre and I miss my barre besties, so I've been working to partner with a number of amazing small businesses to host pop-up barre events and coordinate a "Barre Crawl."

First two stops 🛑 on the crawl are scheduled (I'll post details for each event separately) and more are in the works in the Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Butler, Menomonee Falls, and Germantown areas.

Hello Barre District Besties!

Although the doors are closing at the studio, some of our instructors will continue to teach. We plan to keep our IG and FB profiles active to keep you informed of classes and other workout opportunities.

To start, Sara is going to continue teaching classes virtually for Barre and in person for Pilates reformer and personal training. You can request to join her FB group Rose Gold Fitness for more details. She is offering free classes through 2023 with special discounts for members looking to continue with her in 2024!

Hello Barre District Butler Community,

It is with mixed emotions that we share some news with you. After six years of serving our incredible members, we are sad to announce the closure of Barre District Butler. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to express our deep appreciation for the dedication and support you’ve shown us over the years.

As we approach our final day of classes on Saturday, December 16th, we invite you to join us for a special farewell gathering following classes at 10:30am. Let’s come together one last time to celebrate the memories shared, accomplishments achieved, friendships forged, and all the great things that made Barre District such a unique and special place.

If you have a class pack, we encourage you to schedule out your remaining classes now. If you are on a Monthly AutoPay Membership, your last charge will be in November and if your autopay is scheduled to run after November 16th, it will be adjusted accordingly to take you through December 16th. We will be offering single class drop-in rates of $10 per class through closing. Although our studio is closing, we are looking into options to provide barre classes at various venues in the Menomonee Falls and Germantown areas. The Barre District community has been a source of inspiration, motivation, and positive energy, and for that, we are immensely grateful. Thank you for being a part of the Barre District family.
