🔥We’re proud to announce something that means a lot to us at Harlan’s Elite Fitness.🔥

We have officially partnered with the Butler County Prison I.G.N.I.T.E. Program (Inmates Growing Naturally and Intentionally Through Education) to help lead the fitness training portion of this powerful initiative.

This program is built on one simple idea: structure creates change.

IGNITE is a full transformation system designed to rebuild habits, mindset, and direction through a highly structured environment that focuses on growth in every area of life:

Participants are engaged in:
• Education & Certifications – GED pathways, academic improvement, OSHA, ServSafe, and job-ready certifications

• Life Skills Training – budgeting, financial literacy, parenting, relationship skills, and employment readiness

• Behavior & Support Programming – substance abuse education, mental health support, coping skills, and accountability

• Structured Daily Routine – classes, journaling, mentorship, exercise, and positive peer culture

And this is where we come in.

At Harlans Elite fitness LLC we are responsible for the training, conditioning, and fitness development inside the program. We’re not just putting people through workouts—we’re building discipline, consistency, and a foundation of physical and mental strength that carries outside the walls.

Fitness becomes the tool that reinforces everything else:
discipline, structure, confidence, and control.

We are also proud to recognize the community partners helping bring this program to life. A huge thank you to GNC Butler & New Castle for donating supplements to support the participants, and Elite Customs Apparel & Design for providing custom T-shirts that represent unity and commitment throughout the program.

Road to Recovery ❤️

Surgery is officially complete.

It ended up being a little more extensive than we originally anticipated, but we are incredibly thankful to report that everything went well and Jeff is now on the road to recovery.

Today marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. The road ahead will require patience, healing, and hard work, but we are grateful to finally be moving forward after such a long journey to get here.

We truly cannot thank everyone enough for the overwhelming love, prayers, messages, calls, support, and encouragement throughout this entire process. During the difficult days, your support helped carry us more than you know. Having such an amazing community behind us has meant the world.

Recovery starts now, and while there is still work to be done, we are looking ahead with hope and gratitude. We are excited for what the future holds and for the opportunity to get back to doing what we love.

Thank you all for standing with us every step of the way.

The comeback starts today. We’ll be back better than ever. ❤️💪

Today is a big day for our family as my man is finally able to move forward with the hip surgery we have been waiting and praying for.

After years of battling inflammation from autoimmune disease, his leg has finally healed enough to make this surgery possible.

Along this journey we also discovered that two of the three veins/valves in the leg had collapsed and are dead, and during a previous procedure a few months ago they were unfortunately unable to place stents. This finally gave us answers as to why the healing process has taken so long — the lack of proper blood flow made it incredibly difficult for the leg to heal.

Even now it’s still not fully healed, but we are finally close enough to take this next step forward.

We truly cannot thank all of you enough for the love, prayers, support, messages, encouragement, and kindness throughout this entire journey. It has meant more to us than words could ever express.

As we continue moving forward, we are going to be working on a series sharing and breaking down each of these health issues and everything we’ve learned along the way in hopes it can help others too.

Please keep Jeff in your thoughts and prayers today. We are believing for a successful surgery, healing, strength, and finally some relief after such a long battle. ❤️

Carter4Life was founded to raise awareness and support for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), helping bring education, hope, and community impact to those affected.
