She is a great example of how to work toward your goals. As you can see, she wrote out a schedule and marked her progress (she gave me permission to take a picture of her chart). Naturally, she did great.

Fay Blevins has completed her 50th workout with FC Fit! I can't imagine working with someone more dedicated and motivated to improve their health as Fay is. She is also just so much fun to be around! Her positive yet relatable attitude makes working together something I look forward to each week. Big congratulations to Fay - I feel we are just getting started!
