After years of teaching classes with 25-40 people in it (yes my biggest class in precovid 2020 was 42!), I enjoy the smaller setting so I can offer specific guidance for each client- whether it's related to improved form, encouraging clients to pick a heavier weight or offering a modification that will serve them better.

We definitely enjoyed our workout this morning & I'm now in ❤️ with this new sled. How I've missed the sled! The constant air movement even made the outside circuit amazing. It felt great to get a solid sweat session in before relaxing in the sun- it's all about BALANCE, right?
