Join our enriching 6-week class, meeting once a week for 1.5 hours, where you’ll be introduced to a series of Qi Gong movements enhanced by sound healing and Neijang yoga techniques. This unique combination aims to optimize your physical and emotional health.
Most exercises are performed in a seated position, making it accessible for everyone. We recommend bringing a yoga or exercise mat, a small pillow, and a blanket for added comfort. Dress in comfortable clothing to fully enjoy the experience.
