It was a humid morning but the smart runners did about 6 miles, still some sensible runners go about 13.5 and then there’s always a few out for 20+ miles!

We survived the heat soup this morning! Plus a downpour at the end. We even had the opportunity to cheer some friends on at the Fairport 4 Mile.

Still running every Saturday rain, snow, more snow and even in “good weather”. 6:30 am from the Park and Ride in Bushnell’s Basin. We don’t post a lot but we do run a lot. All are welcome.

Congratulations to Prem Kumar, to our knowledge the first Oven Door Runner to complete a Marathon in Antarctica! There is always a great story of a far flung race when running with him.
