What a wonderful end to a productive varsity girls basketball season. We are very proud of this group of young ladies. We made it all the way to the semi-finals with only seven players. They showed toughness, grit and mental fortitude that would make any coach proud. We can't wait to get started for next season!

Great work this past weekend. Went UNDEFEATED and won our 16u division at Showcase. Coach J is very proud of you guys! Keep up the hard work. Can't wait for our last two tournaments in Delaware and Pennsylvania!

Congratulations to our 16u Boys. We went 1-1 in our first tournament for the fall. In the game we won, we were able to keep the opponent under 15 points. Greatest team defensive effort ever from a Nemesis team ever. Keep up the great work, fellas. I am very proud of you.
