Just a reminder that it’s time to get hooked up for the 23-24 season. I know the holidays can get busy - but it's a great time to treat yourself (or a friend) to some good fishing as a Christmas gift. I can get you a certificate to give out if you want to do that.

Good morning, all! Nov 1 is coming up, which means it is time for a new season at Iron Horse Lakes.

2022-2023 was a great season. All of the feedback I received was really positive - highlighted by one text on Labor Day, saying they were out there from 9am until sundown and caught 76 bass over the course of the day!

We also had the K-State extension office do an assessment of the lakes - and they reported high water quality with a really healthy population and good condition overall.

We got a new bed! One of the things I think the cabin needed upgraded - we just hadn't been sure which way to go. Well, we found a Murphy bed that I think is perfect. Looks like a chest when folded up, but easily folds down into a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress.
