Our sweet manager, Amanda, has injured her foot and will be on crutches for a while 😭 Everyone, PLEASE help her & us by 👉🏼putting up equipment & weights when finished in their proper spots👈🏼. And if you see any rogue equipment that you didn’t leave out, we would love your help putting those up too. Most members are great at this! But, please help us during this time, Amanda would greatly appreciate it! 🥰

Ever wondered what an Aerial Fitness class actually looks like? Here’s a time-lapse of a full class, start to finish. This is from Monday’s 10:30am Low Hammock class—with the hammock just about a foot off the floor, you’ll settle into restorative poses designed to lengthen, stretch, and release stored tension.

📅 Weekly Schedule:

· Monday 10:30am – Low Hammock
· Monday 5:30pm – High Hammock
· Friday 9am – High Hammock
