Finding a gym buddy isn’t just about having someone to chat with between sets. It’s about building a partnership based on accountability.

On the days you want to sleep in, they’re waiting for you. On the days you want to quit early, they push you to finish. Iron sharpens iron, but friends make the process fun. 🤝💪

This is the time of year that many of us participate in the CrossFit Open. It's one workout per week for 3 weeks. Some post their scores in the nationwide event, some do the workout to see where they are compared to last year and some do it for fun & to be part of the community.

If you don't know our gym - we're different. We have group fitness classes, personal training, CrossFit, kids and teens, low impact, 50+ and ladies only programs. It's a little bit of everything and during this 3-week challenge, everyone comes together for these workouts.

We also choose a charity to donate to and do the workouts as a community. This year it's MSPCA Angell .angell to help animals in need. Many of us have adopted from their Nevins & Boston sites and want to help more cats and dogs find loving homes like ours. https://www.instagram.com/mspca.angell/
