my fyp has always been flooded with advertisements and people selling things for my hEDS/POTS/MCAS. it’s the world we live in, and it can be easy to get sucked in when we are talking about our health. it’s vulnerable, and we want answers. 🌍🫶🏻

as a practitioner actively in this pool of online service providers, i think it is especially important to know what to look for as we decide who gets to be a part of our care team and who doesn’t. ✅

getting diagnosed with POTS takes far longer than it should. i went 21 years without answers!

this being said, i also have hEDS/MCAS as a part of my condition cluster, and some of these symptoms overlap!! 🔗
