(GPS 223 Black Rifle Ranch Ln.) This is a private Pond and Picnic Shelter owned and operated by Dann Biser. It is primarily used for family functions and get-togethers. The use is sometimes extended to public use if a member of the family is involved with that group. They is a playhouse swing set, volleyball, badminton, corn hole, croquet and other games. As always the fishing is great for kids and adults. Other amenities are electric, running water and a handicap accessible restroom.

Pond Update: Waterline is fixed and we are finally up and running. This year was off to a slow start at the pond. There was a few small gathering of friends but it wasn't fully used until FFA used it for their officers retreat in early August. We have 2 more 4H related picnics coming up in September.

Thank you Wilson's for the great sign. It will definitely be hanging at the picnic shelter.

Well COVID-19 did us in this summer for fun at the pond. We had a couple small family picnics but that was it. With the summer season coming to a close with this holiday weekend,w e are just going to close everything up and winterize the picnic shelter early. We hope everyone stays safe over the winter and hopefully we will be able to enjoy the pond and picnic shelter next summer. We are planning a bigger and better Independence Day picnic next July. I already have a great start on the fireworks.
