Workout 1 is in the books! And woah, was it a good one. Everyone had a blast last night coming out for our fist Friday Night Lights.
Congrats to everyone that took this one on last night! Keep working hard and kicking butt! Only 2 more Open WODs left. And we can’t wait for them.

💊Movement is medicine! ⚕️

We get the joy of working with Cobb, Ezekiel, Loy & Company P.A. A few days each week. After sitting at their desk working hard for many hours of the day one of the best things they can do for their health and wellness is MOVE.
Another benefit is the camaraderie they build in the process. We laugh together. They cry, minimally though. And most importantly they get some activity in their day.

This morning wasn’t just about the WOD… it was about moving together, laughing, pushing through, and soaking in every bit of this beautiful morning with the BEST CrossFit family. 🏋️‍♀️❤️☀️💪
