The founders for Dalton Gang Motorsports were introduced to dirt track racing at a very young age. Their grandparents have been going to their local track, Florence Speedway for over 40 years. Several members of the Dalton family raced Figure 8 throughout the years such as Jimmy Dalton, Ronald Dalton, and David Dalton. ce Speedway. TJ and Justin Dalton grew up watching many of their favorite drivers such as Rick Corbin, Bob Hensley, John Holt, and other well-known drivers. TJ and Justin started off running demolition derbies and when the Compact Front Wheel Drive class surfaced they decided to chase their dream of racing dirt track.

Results from tonight at Florence Speedway. For once, we qualified well (2nd fastest), but the invert got us. Started outside row 2 (P4) of the 2nd heat race and finished with a second place. That would put us starting outside row 2 (P2) of the A-main. It was a good, fun, clean race with the top five. You could of thrown a blanket over the top five. We walked away with a 2nd place finish. We truly appreciate everyone's support.

Between blowing a tire on the trailer to sitting in traffic due to an accident, almost threw in the towel.

Glad that we didn't! All in all a pretty successful night.

Qualified pretty decent putting us starting P2 of the 2nd heat race. We went on to win our heat. We drew a 2 in the redraw so we started P2 and finished P2. The car was great, the winner was just better. Nothing to complain about! Thanks to every who continues to support our racing, especially our family!

Guess we'll be starting the tail of our heat or feature if we ever make it to Lawrenceburg Speedway.Sometimes you wonder...
