Day 1.

Not of a diet.
Not of a challenge.
Not of “I’ll try again Monday.”

Day 1 of whatever you decide to choose.

You have the ability to choose:
• discipline over comfort
• consistency over chaos
• obedience over excuses
• progress over perfection

This year isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about renewing your mind, rebuilding your habits, and showing up as who you were already created to be.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” Romans 12:2

At Powerhouse Reform, we don’t chase quick fixes.

We build strong bodies, steady minds, and rooted faith—one intentional choice at a time.

Today is Day 1.

Reflecting back this morning to where Powerhouse Reform started.

No fancy space.
No massive following.
No perfect system.

Just a calling… and a willingness to learn while I led.

At this point, I had run a couple nutrition challenges and was still figuring out what it really meant to be a coach. What clients needed. What integrity required. What leadership demanded.

Since then?
I’ve invested relentlessly in my education.
I’ve earned certifications.
I’ve trained hundreds of men and women.
I’ve coached weight loss, strength, mindset, confidence, and consistency.
I’ve stepped into sports and athlete training, helping kids and competitors move better, perform stronger, and believe bigger.

Most importantly…
I’ve helped people build health they can actually sustain.

Not extremes.
Not quick fixes.
Not punishment disguised as discipline.

Real structure.
Real habits.
Real change.

And now?
The vision for 2026 is bigger than ever.

More education.
More impact.
More athletes.
More families changed.
More leaders raised up.
