Ayurvedic Self-Care & Yoga for Fall 🍂
September 8th, 5:30pm - 7pm

In this workshop we will learn traditional Ayurvedic practices to support our bodies, mind, and soul in the seasonal transition to fall. After a fiery summer, autumn invites us to slow down and ground our energy. We will start with a meditation, discuss what the season of fall brings from an Ayurvedic perspective and how we to support ourselves. We will then create a fall-balancing massage oil with optional self-massage that you’ll get to bring home with you, then end with a gentle grounding yoga practice and an extended savasana.

Ayurveda is a 5000 year old traditional medical system from India that teaches us how to live with the rhythm of our own constitution, the earth, and the seasons.

Bring a yoga mat and thick socks for the self-massage, optional notebook.

It’s that time! We are officially heading into fall. 🍁

With kids heading back to school and all our college staff returning to campus, we will begin our late season hours today! Looking forward to an amazing end of season!

We’re taking a little time to celebrate the people who make the surf club what it is! 💙

This Thursday, we’ll be opening at 2 PM so our incredible staff can enjoy a well-deserved Staff Appreciation Day.

Our team works hard all summer long to keep the surf club running 7 days a week, so let’s take a moment to give it up for our amazing staff! 🙌 Thank you all for bringing the energy and good vibes that make this place so special.

Our Surf Club Summer Camp is almost full, and these are the last openings of the summer!

Campers spend their days outside learning and playing with a mix of water and beach activities, including:
🏄 Windsurfing
🌊 Stand Up Paddleboarding
🎨 Tie-dyeing their camp t-shirts with Sandbox
🏐 Volleyball
