Classes will resume starting tomorrow for all belts, Feb 21 and will be every Monday 5-7pm at The Loft on Jefferson St. Release forms (will be provided) and you will also need to bring proof of medical insurance. This will be required before you are able to participate in class. Any questions, please let Paul know. 🙂

Starting Tues, Feb 1st, classes will be moved to 1809 E. Agency St, Burlington, IA. (Burlington First Assembly of God Church). Classes will be Tuesdays from 5-6 pm, all belts and Saturdays will be 10-11 am, all belts. Please park in the gravel lot behind the church off of N. Plane St as shown in the picture, and use that entrance to the church basement.
