Hello USA Water Ski Drivers and Skiers,
Help is needed on Friday, June 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
We will also have lots of free ski time for our helpers immediately following the event.
We have a small group from Wadewitz School joining us for adaptive water skiing. This event is for individuals with disabilities, along with Learn to Ski opportunities for their family members and caregivers.
We are looking for help with:
1. USA Water Ski members to side ski
No adaptive experience is needed. We will train you.
2. USA Water Ski boat drivers
We need one driver for the Pony Boat and one driver for our new club boat, BRC #1, donated by the Burlington Rotary Club.
3. Learn to Ski lessons
We would like to provide lessons for family members and caregivers of our adaptive skiers.
4. Water and shore help
Extra hands are always appreciated.
This will be a smaller event, and we plan to keep things moving quickly. We will have two sit skis available with stabilizing side runners mounted.
