This couple has been with me for years and constantly makes me proud as their trainer. Sarah Roberts Jennings strives to improve herself on a daily basis and is always looking for new goals to accomplish. From 100 lbs lost to running road races, or deadlifting more then her body weight, nothing stops this woman from reaching new heights.

Then there is Mark Jennings, who just 9 months ago tore his ACL and 7 months out from surgery completed his first 10k road race. Between the time and effort he put into Pre-habilitation and then rehabilitation following his February surgery, Mark has recovered much faster then expected. Amazing!

This is a POWER COUPLE!!!
