Tavian has his sights set on the biggest stage in basketball! 🏀 His dream is to play in the NBA and, after his playing career, own an NBA team. A fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, he’d love to catch an Indiana Pacers game and hopes to meet Tyrese Haliburton or Steph Curry someday. His game-day fuel? 🍳 Over-easy eggs and beef jerky.

🏀 Great job today, fellas!
First game, we went down 20 points and battled all the way back, only to lose by 2 with seconds left. These young men fought hard from start to finish. We were undersized, but they never gave up and kept battling until the final buzzer. Also, shoutout to the 7th Grade Mamba for going 2-1 today! Great job, fellas! We're extremely proud of these young athletes! Keep fighting, keep believing, and keep working! Mamba Mentality! 🐍

🏀 WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PLAY FOR MIDWEST XTREME? 🏀

As we approach our Midwest Xtreme girls basketball tryouts on Sunday, August 30th, our athletes are finishing their summer training season with two more sessions (including this Friday and one in August) led by renowned basketball trainer Hunter Rhodes.

These sessions are another example of what Midwest Xtreme works to provide its athletes: high-level instruction, meaningful player development, and opportunities to learn from high quality basketball trainers.

This winter, it could be your athlete receiving those opportunities.

Girls who join Midwest Xtreme will have access to more than games and tournaments. We plan to continue offering additional training and development opportunities throughout the winter season for athletes who are ready to work, improve, and compete!
