A tough loss today (4-0) against Marengo for the Sectional Championship. We would like to give a huge thanks to our seniors Kassi Ga***rd, Courtni Neubauer, Amanda Ratliff, and Alyssa Mish for all they have done for Burlington Central softball!

Attention any athlete interested in playing softball this year!!! OPEN GYMS WILL BEGIN IN FEBRUARY! For the entire month of February, open gyms will be every Monday and Thursday night! The times are not set yet! PS the first week of February there is no open gym on Thursday! Thank you all and I hope to see everyone there!

KEEP IT MOVING FORWARD.For our Senior ladies, good luck to you all, thank you for your leadership, hard work and efforts. You just about put all the parents and diehard spectators in cardiac arrhythmia after this win, what an awesome team effort. As our little lady Harnish said “But we stuck together and kept picking each other up. It was a crazy game, but we kept having faith that we could pull it out.” and FAITH you ALL had, that is what a TEAM is all about !

Burlington Central hung on for a 19-18 victory and its first regional crown since 2009 on Saturday. The teams combined for 38 hits during the nearly three-hour rollercoaster affair.
