Last week Coaches Hayley, Lili, Dilynn & Sayge traded the cheer mat for a Pilates class at the Burlington YMCA! We loved getting to support our YMCA and spend some time together outside of coaching. 🫶🏼

Carlee absolutely kicked our butts, but we left feeling SO accomplished! Safe to say we’ll be back. 🤸🏼‍♀️✨

CHEER BASICS REGISTRATION IS FULL SWING!

We would love to add some more friends to these classes!
Class ages are 5-9 and 10-15

Registration ends on 9/2

This class works on a progression of floor tumbling skills from basics to advanced beginner focusing on proper body shaping and form.
Participants will also work on jumps, flexibility, strength training, beginner stunts (pending group size and ability), and introduction to dance elements.

Some of the tumbling skills focused on:
Forward & Backward rolls
Handstand
Cartwheel
Backbends
Kickover
Walkovers

We’re bringing NEW beginner-friendly cheer classes to the YMCA Gymnastics & Cheer Center! Whether you’re just getting started or ready to build your foundation, there’s a class for you! 💪📣

📅 Fall One Session: September 7–October 24 | 7 weeks

👧 Cheer Basics Ages: 5–9 & 10–15
🙋‍♀️ Flyer Class Ages: 12–18

📝 REGISTRATION:
💙 YMCA Members: Aug. 17–30
💗 Community: Aug. 24–30
⏰ Late Registration: Aug. 31–Sept. 2 (+$15 fee)

⚠️ The YMCA is closed Sept. 7 for Labor Day. Monday classes will begin the following week, with a make-up class on Oct. 26.
