Don Garlits told FOX Sports at the U.S. Nationals:

“I don’t have many complaints at the age of 94. Every day I wake up, I’m excited about it.”

Let that sink in.

At 94 years old, one of drag racing’s greatest legends still wakes up grateful and excited about life—while so many waste their days complaining, arguing and spreading negativity.

Life is short. Be thankful. Enjoy the ride. Celebrate the good. Support one another—and leave the negativity behind.

Another cool pic Kristan Ann Barclay ! Been a minute since any updates on here so here goes. Started the season a couple weeks ago at Stuart speedway west of Desmoines. New track for us, had a part failure in heat race that ended the night. Went to another new track for us last night, CJ speedway, ran 5th in the heat and ended up 16th in the feature. Doing a lot of learning with a new car, new shock package right now but we're gaining. Thanks to our new sponsors WildFur By KB , Collision Center, Sean Bennett , Mallard Curl Calls, Mason Barclay, and some that have been with us for years, C-Cat pest management Robert Boyle, and Stews Lawn/Tree service. Could not do it without Rj Barclay and Kristan ! We will be missing next week at Eldon due to graduation for my daughter, next up double header Memorial Day weekend.
