is proud of making her debut at the Golden Gloves this year. Standing toe to toe with the current Golden Gloves Champion and putting on a banger. We look forward to her upcoming bouts and continue to dial in the process. The great wave descended upon San Francisco this weekend while picked up his diamond belt at the historical show. Chris was able to open up and work on some different things that we will need for Golden Gloves this coming weekend. is proud to have 2 boxers attending this year and we look forward to them competing. This past weekend .fernandezz took another step in his boxing journey. Picking up the win in a rematch with a game opponent. 2 weeks out we all god the ickness and the future looked weary through fevers, body aches, and conditioning not being up to par. You have to get over the psychological excuses of not being 100% if you want to forge yourself into a real combat athlete. It’s not rocket science, just being ready to fight, and living a lifestyle that supports that. That’s what BE GAME means.

This past weekend had its first team amateur boxing event. joining .fernandezz on their journey to Golden Gloves. Everyone was excited to see Chris make his debut and it did not disappoint. Huge thanks to for their continued work and dedication. Big thanks to our opponents and the nor cal USA boxing squad and for putting on an awesome event. Looking forward to the next couple weeks.

Closing out the year right, .fernandezz takes another W on his novice boxing journey at A dominant performance showcasing some beautiful footwork, punching, and IQ. We faced some adversity due to repeated fouls, but it’s boxing baby. Video coming soon breaking down headbutts, palm & elbow strikes. This is the stuff you have to experience and get through to actually improve, not just win. When it comes to waves 🌊 you can’t go over it, can’t go under it, can’t go around it, you gotta go through it 🌊 Super fortunate to have and helping and putting it all out there in and out of the gym, we couldn’t be more grateful and congratulations to Gavin on his big win right after this. Training kids is one of the most rewarding things I do. Lots of people make distinctions between kids and adults, separating and dividing their natures. They are one and the same, though with adults they are often in conflict. Conditioning creates insecurity around the child, analysis and awareness reinforce these insecurities and condition the child further. Tightness, restraint, hesitation is what we see. A lack of trust in themselves. When a child grows into an adult who doesn’t understand the needs of a child, they will ignore the needs of all children and most likely most adults, who for them, become grown children to judge, isolating themselves further from humanity, and separating themselves further from themselves.

Huge congrats to .bellatrix.ortiz on her DOMINANT performance in her first UNDISPUTED WORLD TITLE FIGHT. The crowd spoke the truth with the BOO’s and it’s an absolute shame she didn’t get her hand raised and isn’t wearing those two belts. Even Clarissa Shields was uncomfortable with her getting an L. Boxing is hard enough in the ring, when it’s 4 on 1 it’s hard to sit with. Nevertheless, super proud to follow this young lady’s journey to the literal top and I hope we get to see her compete again soon.

Some GAME for those that don’t know: Boxing was first introduced in the ancient Olympics 688 BC! The first modern boxing event was in 1904. Women’s boxing didn’t become an Olympic sport until 2012! There has only been 4 Olympic Boxing Games, despite literally thousands of years of boxing. There has only been 12 World Championships for Women’s Boxing, starting in 2001. It’s literally the oldest, yet newest sport that exists.
