Freedom Park Trout pond has had over 2,000 trout stocked so far this year. We are in the regular rotation and usually receive something around 500 fish per stocking.
2024 stocking was 9,734 triploid Rainbow trout
And 1,527 yellow trout. Sometimes the number is something like 25 fish. Those are the large brood trout that are being replaced at the hatchery.

Arnold has caught 499 trout at the pond!
He releases most of them back to be caught again. In this video he is waiting for number 500. He spends a lot of his mornings and some afternoons there with his other trout pond friends. He also helps to keep the area around the pond cleaned up.

We got 500 trout delivered May 13-17
We are scheduled for another 500 fish May 23-27
We had 1000 fish delivered in April.
There should be plenty of fish in the pond right now. Plan your fishing expedition and come have fun!
