We are all so beyond proud of the amazing young woman Itallie is, and she will be sorely missed at The Cage.
Itallie will be attending ISU, and we want to wish her luck with all of her goals and dreams!

Hello Cage Family!

Tomorrow is the Eye of the Tiger tournament!

Attached here is the order of events tomorrow. Please do not be late for Bow In at 11:30 am. 
Some rules for tomorrow:

-You must wear full uniform and belt in order to compete in the tournament.

-Please bring a water bottle and your own snacks, as we will not have concessions.

-Please bring full gear to participate in sparring, including mouth guard and athletic cup (if applicable)

We are so excited to see everyone tomorrow!

Black Belt Spotlight: meet Christian!
Christian started taekwondo four years ago because his parents forced him to (according to him), but he’s glad for it now!
Christian is such a fun and energetic member of our program, and we love having him!

Black Belt Spotlight: Cillian Dodds
Cillian is a great example of what a black belt should be. He is always helping lower ranks progress and learn and does his best in and out of class to live the tenets of Taekwondo. Great job, Cillian!

Our students are amazing!
Hugh has been working on his service hours for his black belt requirements. He did a pajama drive in his neighborhood for kids in foster care. He ended up donating 94 pairs to CASA today (they serve 5 counties in the Magic Valley).  He is so happy and proud of himself, as are his parents and coaches.

If you have pictures of your service opportunities while you’re working towards your black belt (or afterwards!) make sure to send them to us! We’re so proud of the good our black belts and students are doing in the community!
